Vehicle History
Purchased in 1990 by Mark Pieloch, the proprietor of the American Muscle Car Museum (AMCM) which was in Ohio at the time. Major events had the museum move to Florida and in 2005 our L-36 underwent a complete body-off cosmetic restoration. Now just ultra-pretty, she went back on display. Pieloch, ever the philanthropist loved many causes, especially animals. He chose this car to become the fundraiser for a favorite charity, the Human Society of Lincoln, NE. A pharmacist and perfectionist, the L-36 needed to be perfect, so a complete mechanical restoration took place in 2017 just prior to the fundraiser. Car perfected, shipped to Lincoln, bunches of $100 tickets sold, and a winner was chosen. After paying over $20,000 in taxes and fees, said winner drove off in his virtually ‘new’ little red Corvette. Sold to our current Owner just last year with smiles and pride, a simple realization morphed. This is a show car, trailer queen, a piece of history and our Owner stunned himself in the moment. He wants a driver. Maintenance records available upon request.
