Vehicle History
When you can't buy the way you like it, build it: The owner found this 914 roller in Corona, California and had it shipped to McKinney, Texas, where it underwent substantial modifications to improve rigidity, handling and performance. Extensive metal work addressed the rust damages, with the rear floor pans, lower firewall, battery tray/support and “Hell Hole” (the area underneath the battery tray, where battery acid drips down and creates a rusty mess) professionally replaced. For the 16 years following, the owner added not more than 5,000 miles, mostly for car shows and weekend trips – but since the odometer stopped working a long time ago, the true mileage is unknown. The clean TX title is in the owner's name.
