To return a part you need to request a Return Order number through your Clasiq dashboard online, which will be emailed to you, and which you need to include in the return box that you ship back to us. We need this number to identify who you are and issue you any refunds.

To obtain a Return Order number please login to your Clasiq account, visit your Dashboard and select ‘Return or Replace Item’. We will then email you a Return Order number including instructions of where to ship the product back to. Returns can't be accepted without an Return Order number.

When you return the core you will take advantage of our Clasiq discounted shipping rates. Before returning a core, be sure it is complete, fits the same vehicle application, and is in the box the replacement part came in.
